Weekly Message - June 23-27
This is the last weekly update of the 2024-25 school year, and it feels like the final week has come all too quickly! This is a four-day week with a 12:10pm dismissal on Thursday, June 26. Appeals day will be held on Friday, June 27, so there are no classes on that date.
As we wrap up another school year, we want to take a moment to acknowledge the many successes we've shared as a school community. From academic growth to athletic achievements, student leadership to classroom creativity—this has been a year full of learning, connection, and progress. While we pause to celebrate all that 2024–25 has brought, we’re also looking ahead. You'll find important information in this message—and on our website—about what to expect as we begin the 2025–26 school year.
Grade 9 Farewell
We are hosting our grade 9 farewell on June 24. The ceremony will run from 6:30-7:30pm followed by snacks and other activities for the students ending at 9:30pm. Students should arrive at 6:00pm for instructions, photos, and procession organization. Doors will be open at 6:00pm for families to find seats in the gymnasium.
Back to School Info & Key Dates for the Next School Year
The school website is the best source of information about the next school year. Please visit the Back To School page for key updates.
The first day of school for students is Tuesday, Sept. 2. All students begin classes at 8:05am and homeroom teachers will email families with a welcome message by Friday, Aug. 29. Depending on weather, homeroom teachers will meet students in the school field or if the weather is poor, locations for each grade will be posted around the school.
All key dates for the 2025-26 school calendar will be available on our website throughout the school year.
