Weekly Message - January 20-24
Well, January is moving along at a very rapid pace. It’s hard to believe we are only two weeks away from February, but the warm weather has been nice to enjoy this month (let's just pretend this weekend's weather isn't happening!).
The interschool volleyball season is underway, and our teams are practicing hard in preparation for competition against other schools with games next week. Our Winter Concert is taking place this Wednesday evening, details are below.
Winter Concert and Arts Showcase
Band students have been working hard, rehearsing for our annual Winter Concert this Wednesday, January 22. Please join us in the gymnasium to hear our excited musicians as they perform for you. The doors open at 6:15pm and the concert starts at 6:30pm. Please enjoy a student created art gallery in the foyer before and after the concert.
Report Cards
Report cards are being shared electronically this year and will be available on Tuesday, January 27. For instructions on how to access the online version click here.
Healthy Hunger Fun Lunch – Volunteers Needed
Each week, the School Council offers Healthy Hunger as an easy way to order special lunches. Please register and order on the Healthy Hunger website. This opportunity is an important fundraising activity for the school and gives students a chance to enjoy a variety of lunch options throughout the school year.
We are in need of volunteers to help make this program successful; without parent volunteers, we might be unable to keep the program running. It is only 1 - 1 1/2 hours on a Tuesday or Wednesday and doesn't need to be every week. If you can help, please sign up here for the days you are available.

High School Open Houses
This Thursday, Crescent Heights High School is hosting their open house. Grade nine families are encouraged to attend and hear about the programming available.
North Trail High School is not hosting an open house but our grade nine students will tour the school on the morning of Tuesday, January 27. Details have been shared through homerooms.
