Healthy Hunger Fun Lunch – Tuesdays & Wednesdays

Each week, the School Council offers Healthy Hunger as an easy way to order special lunches. This is an exceptional fundraiser for the school community and a great chance to provide a variety of lunch options for students throughout the year. So far the program has raised over $6000 for the school program. All fun lunch dates until the end of the year have now been added to the program.

Please register and order on the Healthy Hunger website.

Next Year Planning – 2024-25 School Year

The CBE continues to experience significant increases in enrolment, and we anticipate that Captain Nichola Goddard will continue to be designated as a Closed status school.

Closed status means schools are at or exceeding their utilization rate and have reached student capacity. Closed status schools cannot accept transfers from students living outside the designated attendance area. Newly registered students who reside within Panorama Hills will continue to be admitted to the school. If you reside outside of Panorama Hills, you can determine your designated school using the CBE’s Find A School tool on the main website.

We have already begun the process of planning our 2024-25 school year. Each year we work to create class groups that support each student’s learning. If you have a request for your child’s class next year that has an educational basis, it will certainly be considered. We welcome parent input as part of the process in developing class lists but the final decision rests with the school.

Please email your designated Assistant Principal by Friday, March 1 with any requests:

Surnames from M-Z – Lisa Chippure

Additionally, please contact the office at (403- 817-3300 if you are planning to move or transfer your child to a different school for the 2024-2025 school year. Informing us of your plans will facilitate the smoothest transition possible.
