Wow, January is almost over! February always feels like a quick month with the combination of Teachers' Convention and Family Day.  This year, the Teachers’ Convention is scheduled for February 15-16 and Family Day is Monday, February 19.  

Winter Concert Thanks

Thank you to all who joined us for our Winter Concert last week. Our students performed very well and were so proud to play in front of an audience. Our dance club were exceptional in their first ever public performance and our art students presented an exceptional display of art work. A big thank you to all of the staff who helped make the evening a success including Ms. Ahenda for her work with the bands, Ms. Cross for the student artists, and Ms. Croft & Ms. Liu for their work with dance club.

Upcoming Parent Teacher Conferences - Online

We will begin the first of four rounds of Parent Teacher Conferences on Friday, February 23, followed by sessions on March 1, 8 & 15. All these sessions will be held online from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Conferences can be booked through MyCBE. The booking system will open on Monday, February 12 for the first session and will open on each subsequent Monday for each of the following dates. 

New Term starts this week

We start our second term of instruction this week so students will begin new complementary courses. Please check MyCBE if the new courses have fees connected to them.

Report cards are being shared electronically this year and are available this week on Tuesday, January 30. For instructions on how to access the online version click here. 

Healthy Hunger Fun Lunch – Tuesdays and Wednesdays 

Each week, the School Council offers Healthy Hunger as an easy way to order special lunches. Please register and order on the Healthy Hunger website. This opportunity is an important fundraising activity for the school and gives students a chance to enjoy a variety of lunch options throughout the school year.
